You no longer have to take a trip to India to taste authentic Indian dishes. Bombay Blue brings the the exotic taste of India to Jakarta. Bombay Blue serves a special fusion Indian and Chinese cuisines, better known as Chindian, is our creative contribution to the local fans of Indian cuisine, in a family setting. The choice of reasonably priced dishes can include kebabs and curries, Indian Szechwan specials, Chinese noodles and sizzlers. The two chefs, Uttam Routela and Virendra Senwal, are originally from India, hence the Indian menu is guaranteed to be authentic and unique. The Chinese food that is longed for can be found at Bombay Blue with a twist of Indian taste, just as it is found in Chinese restaurants in India, making Bombay Blue different from other Indian restaurants in Jakarta.
