indonesiaclubbing is a portal website and media partner in the nightlife and clubbing scene of Indonesia. We help you to list your venues and events online, promoting them to our members and regular visitors, on our website, as well as on our affiliate network links such as Facebook, Friendster and MySpace.

What does being "Media Partner" mean?
We list as many venues and events as possible, BUT by partnering with us, there are advantages you will benefit from. By choosing to cooperate with indonesiaclubbing as your media partner, we will do our best to make your venue/event stand out from the list and get the special extra promotions strictly reserved for our partners.

What do you get by having indonesiaclubbing as your media partner?

• We list your venue(s) with all the information necessary (Name, address, telephone, email, logo, along with description), and your venue(s) will be listed as "Venues We Love", meaning the venue(s) in question will appear on top of the list on our Venue Listing Page, standing out from other venues.
• We list your events with all the information necessary, and the event(s) in question will appear on top of the list on our Event Listing Page, marked as "Events We Recommend", gaining the biggest visibility over all other events.
• Regularly, we will come to cover your events, taking a minimum of 50 pictures per event to be put online on our website and on Facebook to ensure your after-party promotion, so that even after the event has taken place, people can still see what happened during the event, and the event in question will not fall into oblivion so quickly.
• We will do interviews with local premier line-up and international DJs you invite for your events, publish them online in an article as well as YouTube videos.
• Regularly, we will make a header news about your venue/your event - this will appear on the first page, the Home, so everyone who comes checking our website will see it right away. This increases your visibility hugely.
• We will do a review (venue review/event review) for you as an article on our website, detailing about what specialties you offer, what kind of people go to your venue, what kind of music you have, etc.
• Regularly, we will send an email promoting your venue(s) and event(s) to about 3,000 of our registered members, about 3,000 people on our Facebook list, and about 4,000 people on our Friendster accounts.
• And UNLIKE the obstacle we face with conventional print media, all of these information and content (pictures, textual articles, etc) will stay archived ONLINE as long as indonesiaclubbing exists.
• All information regarding your venue(s) and event(s) are subject to Search Engine Optimization Internet Promotion Strategy, so that if someone searches about your venue(s) and event(s) through search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc) they will come to the right place for the right kind of information.

What do indonesiaclubbing ask in return?

• We want you to put our logo and link on ALL YOUR PROMOTIONAL TOOLS - flyers, banners, billboards, advertising on other media (such as magazines, radio, TV, Facebook, MySpace, etc).
• A guestlist for your special events, for a maximum of 20 persons - we will put this guestlist online for our members to join. And most certainly, you retain all the rights to refuse the entry if the person/member in question do not play by your rules, whether it would be the age, the fashion style, or anything.
• An internal media partner access (guestlist or media partner badge) for a maximum of 5 persons of indonesiaclubbing crews. Whenever possible, we'd like to get on the stage/DJ booth/see what's inside the backstage, and this is strictly for promotional purposes only - taking pictures, making an article to promote your venue/event, etc.
• Complimentary drinks for our staff, and a table/sofa to keep our belongings while we're taking pictures and gathering information for event review/report.
• Sometimes, we would ask your permission to put a standing banner/PLV depicting our website, the link, and the purposes, preferably at the entrance of your venue, during an event.

Please note that we DO NOT charge you any fees to list your venue(s)/event(s) for all the promotions we mentioned above, however for special promotion requests please contact us to discuss more about what you need, what you want and expect us to do.

Please also note that our crew is strictly limited in number, so you will have to reserve us at least one or two weeks in advance if you want us to cover your event - since we cannot be everywhere at the same time! The first venue to book us for a date to cover their event will be the first destination on our list, so please do understand this.
