IndonesiaClubbing is operated by Jakarta Multimedia, a branch of PT. Panca Kurnia Prima ("We", "Us", "IndonesiaClubbing Staff" or "IndonesiaClubbing").

By using the IndonesiaClubbing web site (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), whether you are a "Visitor" (which means you just browse the IndonesiaClubbing website without registering) or if you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with IndonesiaClubbing). Should you wish to become a member of IndonesiaClubbing (a "Member", a "User") and make use of all IndonesiaClubbing service, internet messaging service, as well as any other features, contents and / or applications provided / offered by IndonesiaClubbing and in connection with the IndonesiaClubbing website (the "Service"), you must read this agreement carefully and declare your acceptance of this terms by following the Registration procedures, and checking the box labeled "I agree to IndonesiaClubbing’s terms of service". Otherwise, a written consent of your parent(s) / legal guardian will be necessary. In case where, a minor consciently changes his/her age during registration and / or register without a consent of his / her parent(s) / legal guardian, all responsibilities of contents in the Website which might be considered explicit are void and IndonesiaClubbing has no obligations whatsoever towards the minor in question, as well as towards his / her parent(s) / legal guardian.

In addition to the above restrictions, you may not authorize, enable or otherwise grant to any other person, organization, company, or business access to your IndonesiaClubbing Profile or other content(s) uploaded on the Website for the purpose of extracting such information or other content(s).

5. Information / Data
Please pay attention and consider carefully the choices of information you post on IndonesiaClubbing.com and that you provide to other Members. By agreeing to these terms you declare that your Profile, without our prior written consent, does not include the following : Telephone / fax numbers, street addresses, email addresses, ICQ numbers, MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, AOL and all other instant messaging service addresses / accounts as well as any other information whatsoever concerning physical and / or online addresses, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit, racism, or otherwise objectionable subject matter, and / or you know false, misleading, promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive and / or threatening.

By agreeing to these terms, you also declare that your Profile and all contents you post on IndonesiaClubbing.com and that you provide to other Members, do not violate the international law of copyright, and are legally a property of yours. In the case, that any elements on the Website / Member Profile posted by our Member(s) should break those mentioned above, then IndonesiaClubbing assumes no liability for this material and is freed of any responsibility concerning this matter. All responsibility will be taken in charge by the Member who posted the material in question.
Please note, that you are solely responsible for the Content that you post on the Website or the Service, or transmit to other Members.
Should you breach any of those mentioned above, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and delete all information you have posted on the Website and / or to the Service. If you become aware that one or more Members or any person misuse the IndonesiaClubbing Website and Service, please contact IndonesiaClubbing or alert us using the ‘Alert IndonesiaClubbing Staff’ link available in every Member Profile page.

6. Copyrights
IndonesiaClubbing owns and retains all property rights in the Website and the Service. Certain copyrighted material include photos, texts, graphic artworks, scripts, compilations of individual data, trademarks, and other proprietary information of IndonesiaClubbing, our Members and our Partners.
You may not copy, modify, transmit, publish, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary materials or information without a written consent from IndonesiaClubbing.
You may not include in your Profile, post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other information owned by another party without the prior written consent of the owner.

As a Member, your Profile must represent yourself, an individual person. Otherwise, you understand and agree that we may review and delete your Profile.
Examples of inappropriate Profiles : Profiles that represent fictionary character(s) or person(s), place(s), object(s), or real individual(s) who is not you. These examples are not limited, and we reserve the right to judge whether a Profile should be deleted or not.
Should you find that your personality has been faked, misused or harassed, please inform us and we will take an appropriate action upon your report.
Please note that, should the report you send is found false or inaccurate by us, we will put the sanction on you.

8. Interaction with other Members
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members as well as any effects concerning and / or resulting from your interaction with other Members, but we reserve the right to track and monitor harassing messages transmitted by any means using the Website and the Service, and to take action / apply sanction whenever we judge necessary.

9. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any Member or other user of the website. We will be, under no circumstances, responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, any content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members or other users, or any interactions between or among Members or other users of the website, whether online or offline.
